Login's voice services for small to medium size businesses mean you can use our large phone switch with your IP phones
anywhere, everywhere, with no hardware investment. Send your old phone switch out to pasture (or eBay), and let us provide
you the features you want at a reasonable cost.
Login isn't a phone company, but we provide you the services of a phone system and the connection to the phone company including long-distance services.

911 Service
Login provides 911 services exactly as are provided on traditional
hard-wired phones. Login meets the FCC's three requirements at
http://www.voip911.gov.
-
Login delivers the call immediately
to the Public Service Access Point (PSAP)
- Login delivers full Caller
Line ID (CLID)
- Login has no restrictions on the use of such service. If the phone is moved, the new address
should be provided to Login, which will provide it to the carrier to update the PSAP LIDB.

Lines Everywhere
Current phone systems require you to order "lines" to every office. With VOIP we can provide line-appearances
wherever you need and how many you need, so long as the locations are on-net.
Extensions Everywhere
Current phone systems require two or four wires to tie down each extension. With Login VOIP your extensions
can be anywhere your local area network, the Internet, or your traveling laptop can be. We support physical
phones ("hard phones"), software emulated IP phones ("soft phones"), and any combination of SIP-protocol phones.
Configuration Services
Stop paying for a PBX or phone-switch maintenance crew, or a consulting outfit. Login provides full
one-time configuration of all your phone needs, guaranteed monthly support for moves, adds, and changes,
and a team of responsive professionals -- at no extra cost to you.
Hardware Supported
Login supports all SIP phones. We recommend the PolyCom Soundpoint IP 601 for the medium to large size
business that wants features and comfort. (These are $350
fully-configured from us.)
For the small business and the budget-minded consumer we
recommend the PolyCom Soundpoint IP 501 speakerphone or 301 normal phone. (These are $250 and $150 respectively fully-configured from us.)
For the business that isn't ready to throw out (or sell) their old PBX or key-system,
Login offers Analog Terminal Adapters (ATAs), in all sizes from 2 ports (providing
two phone line appearances using IP) to 24 ports (offering a full T-1 worth of line
appearances). We can even deliver the lines on a PRI or channelized T-1. Login can provide these new, at cost + programming hourly cost.

Network Requirements
If you're a Login customer -- congratulations! You're already qualified for VOIP services.
Login can provide you a dedicated circuit, so that we can enable QoS (quality
of service). With QoS, Login ensures that VOIP traffic takes precedence over other IP
traffic -- so that someone doing a download or an update doesn't disrupt your voice traffic.
Private Networks, VPNs, and VOIP
Login VOIP works seamlessly over private networks, virtual private networks (VPNs),
and Network Address Translation (NAT). Let our engineers put together a solution
that leverages your secure private infrastructure with our secure voice over IP
services.
Enhanced Voice Services
Login offers enhanced voice services, including auto-attendant, voicemail, call queues, multi-ring calls, time-of-day based
ring destinations, multiple ring options, anywhere-on-the-Internet extension service, and free IP-IP calls.
Emergency Outage Failover Protection
First, Login has the highest uptime on its private line networks of any
provider in Tucson. Second, Login offers circuit backup through any
number of methods like a second T-1, ATM, or Frame-Relay circuit.
This means no customer need ever experience an outage. However,
if there is an outage, you can make sure your calls are handled:
We can configure your calls so that in an outage:
Calls can be forwarded to any third party number you choose, another office,
your home, your cellphone, etc.
Calls can be stored in a special voice mailbox, one that lets callers know you
are working on the issue and will respond shortly.
Automatic return to full functionality when your circuit outage is repaired.
Login's emergency failover works seamlessly during any outages of your Internet
circuit.
